Array Scooter Operation App Instructions (Full)

This sounds easy, but...

You probably think you can skip this and just install the app. Unfortunately, it's a little tricky so if you don't follow the instructions carefully it will cause you a lot of frustration. So, PLEASE read and follow carefully

Download the App


There are a few Array apps. Please choose the RIGHT one.
In the iOS App Store, search for "Array Corp Careers"



In the Google Play Store, search for "Array Corp Careers"




Swipe through the intro screens until you get to this panel. Then click the "Login" button

You will see a version number on the page below.

If the version number is below v2.0.51 please close the app, wait 10 seconds and open again. Do this sequence twice.


Use the Employee Login option



Then select the Register option


Important! Use the email address that you used to onboard to Array. 


Once you register, you should be able to login.

Set Permissions - iPhone


You will be asked to allow our app to have some permissions.






If you missed any of these, you can go to your Settings, look for the app and set them.

Set Permissions - Android

Allow: Notifications, Camera (pictures), and Location (GPS).

If you are asked about notifications, you must ALLOW them, or you will not receive shift invitations and notifications in the app.


For certain locations, you will be asked to take a selfie photo when you check-in.



And we use your location when you check-in.

First Time Experience

In the first time experience, you will be asked to set your location preference and shift availability.
You can change these later.
You may not get this experience if our staff already did this behind the scenes


Set your Preferred Locations.  If you are on the Lyft engagement, please specify DC or Denver.


Then set your availability. Just click the blocks when you are available.




Accepting Shift Invitations

You will receive system notifications when you receive a shift invitation.


If you look at the bottom of the app, you will see "Invites"


There you will see details of the invitation.



If you're interested, press "Interested"



You will be notified when you are assigned the shift!
