Time Off Request Employee User Guide
For the Employee User:
- Login to Raymarkable
- Navigate to Raymarkable (arraycorp.com)
- Click “Login” in the upper right-hand corner of
the screen.
- Press “Array Login” and then “Market &
Central Login”.
- If prompted, enter your Array email address and
password.
- Go to the “Time Off Requests” section in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen and click
on “My Requests”.
- To create a new request:
- Click “Create New Time Off Request”
- Select the dates you would like to request off.
- You will be able to select weekends, because some of our employees have weekend shifts, but you will get a warning if you select them, since you should only be requesting weekend days off if you have scheduled shifts on weekends.
- You are technically able to select holidays currently, but please do not do this - you will never need to request a holiday off yourself - that is already automatically given to you as a day off. We are working on adding functionality that will not allow you to select holidays.
- If you select one
day off, you will be able to edit the number of hours for that day – so if
you’d like to take a half day off, you should enter “4” in the hours field. If
you are taking multiple days off, you will not be able to edit the number of
hours – so if you’d like to take 4.5 days off, for example, you must request
the 4 full days in one request, and then request a single day in a separate
request & edit the number of hours for that day.
- Enter the work email address of your manager so they
can approve it.
- Select a reason for your time off (Paid Time Off,
Sick, Bereavement, Jury Duty, or Unpaid Time Off).
- Enter any notes, if applicable.
- Press Submit. Your manager will receive an email
once you submit your request.
- Your request will be shown as pending until your
manager approves/denies it.
- To edit a time off request:
- Press the Actions button on a given
request and then press Edit. Edit any fields as needed.
- Press Submit. Your manager will now see the
newly edited time off request when they go to approve or deny it.
- You are only able to edit a time off request while it is pending (has not yet been approved or denied by your manager).
- If you need to edit a request after your manager
has already approved it, please delete the
time off request, and create a new time off request with the correct information.
- To delete/cancel a time off request:
- Press the Actions button on a given
request and then press Delete.
- A confirmation window will pop up, asking if
you’re sure you’d like to delete the request. Press Yes.
- If your manager goes to approve or deny a
request after you have deleted it, they will not be able to do that, since the request will no longer show on the
request page/it no longer exists.
- You are able to delete requests that are still pending or have been approved (but not denied), as long as they have not yet been processed.
- If a request is approved, the status will change
to “Approved” and you will get a calendar invitation for your time off that will show as "out of office" (and your manager/the approver will get a calendar invitation as well, but the event on their calendar will show as "free").
- If a request is denied, the status will change
to “Denied” and you will receive an email notifying you that it has been
denied.
**Note: If you have any questions or concerns
about requesting time off, please contact your manager first.
